Men suffer. Sensitive, intelligent men suffer more.
We want love, acknowledgement, sex, intimacy, success, …. but often don’t have clear and healthy steps or role models showing how to achieve these.
We are vulnerable to hurting ourselves or others in:

• trying to establish and maintain satisfactory friendships, relationships, ...
• defining achievable and fulfilling paths of study and work, …
• Managing the stress and emotions of competition, success and failure, ...

Striving for authentic creativity, acceptance, love and recognition,
We are victims of toxic masculinity, stuck in fear, anger and tension.
We smile and joke whilst in pain, competing to show our great success,
Struggling to understand the game, excited, frustrated and depressed.
